Answer: Jack McKeon is the only Cincinnati Reds manager to win Manager of the Year, after the club’s second-place finish in 1999. Cleveland managers have won the award six times: Stephen Vogt in 2024 and 2025; Terry Francona in 2013, 2016, and 2022; and Eric Wedge in 2007. The award was created in 1983.
