Answer: Cincinnati. Oktoberfest Zinzinnati was first held in 1976, and is the largest Oktoberfest in the United States. Last year, the Queen City’s celebration of German culture welcomed a record 808,300 attendees. This year’s festival will take place Sept. 18-21.
