The Cincinnati Bengals agreed to record contract extensions for wide receivers Ja’Marr Chase and Tee Higgins.

Chase signed a four-year, $161 million deal, while Higgins agreed to a four-year, $115 million contract.

With an annual average salary of $40.25 million, Chase becomes the highest-paid non-quarterback in NFL history. Higgins’ contract makes him the highest-paid No. 2 wide receiver in league history.

Last season, Chase became the fifth player since 1970 to win the receiving triple crown, leading the NFL in receptions, receiving yards, and receiving touchdowns.

Ohio’s highways are among the best in the nation, ranking No. 10 in Reason Foundation’s 28th Annual Highway Report.

The Buckeye State made a jump in this year’s rankings, moving up from No. 17 to No. 10 in “overall cost-effectiveness and condition.”

Ohio outranked its neighbors, with Kentucky closest at No. 11. Indiana, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia fell outside the top 15.

Despite Ohio’s strong overall ranking, its arterial and interstate urban pavement conditions ranked in the bottom 20 nationally.

Article Icon 1Family Builds Frank Lloyd Wright Design

A Willoughby Hills family, with a century-long history of homebuilding in Lake County, has brought Frank Lloyd Wright’s final residential blueprint to life.

Sarah Dykstra and Deborah Dykstra, mother and daughter, used Wright’s nine pages of sketches to create an authentic representation of his house design. Some tweaks were necessary to keep up with modern construction standards.

The home is surrounded by 30 acres of woods, and the Chagrin River runs through the property. You can see a photo tour of the house here.

Guests can make reservations to stay at the home, with rates starting at $800 per night.
