The Cleveland Browns began infrastructure work Monday on their planned domed stadium and mixed-use district in Brook Park, starting with mass excavation at the site.

Calling the $2.4 billion project the largest construction job in Cuyahoga County history, the team’s ownership also released updated plans for the stadium, apartment complex, retail areas, and more.

The team plans to host an official groundbreaking ceremony on April 30, with the stadium scheduled to open in 2029.

The project has drawn controversy, triggering legal disputes, including an ongoing lawsuit over the state’s proposal to use unclaimed funds to help pay for the stadium.

Prepared for the AI Land Grab, still $0.85/share

As AI markets mature, companies aren’t just competing — they’re combining.

In 2021, RAD acquired Atomic Reach, its core AI engine. Since then, RAD Intel’s valuation has scaled from $10M to $220M+, a 22x increase driven by that intelligence layer and reinforced by recurring 7-figure Fortune 1000 contracts delivering 3–4x ROI.
