Own The Flyover

One Week In—And We’re Just Getting Started

After the first week, I want to update you and thank you.

We are truly humbled by the incredible response to our reader-owned investment opportunity.

In just one week:

  • Over $600,000 has already been raised
  • More than $1.26 million is currently in our investment funnel
  • 300,000+ shares have been sold

This has exceeded our expectations—and it’s proof that readers like you believe in building a new kind of news.  Thank you!

A quick reminder:

  • Our 10% bonus shares end after the first $1 million is raised.
  • Flyover readers get an additional 5% bonus shares on top of that.

Why does this matter? Because legacy media is failing. They’ve traded trust for clicks, personalities, and corporate agendas. We saw that vacuum—and we filled it. The Flyover exists to deliver fact-first, common-sense news for common-sense Americans, with no corporate boss to answer to. Our only boss is you, our readers.

And now, you can own it.

Shares are just $2 each with a minimum investment of $750. Rarely do readers have the opportunity to own the news they trust. We’d be honored to have you join us and help shape the future of The Flyover.

Invest today and be part of the movement.

Article Icon 1Moreno Calls for Intel Fraud Probe

Sen. Bernie Moreno is urging a fraud investigation into Intel’s repeated delays in building its planned semiconductor manufacturing plant in Licking County.

Originally slated to open in 2025, the facility’s launch has been postponed to the 2030s. State Sen. Bill DeMora criticized the delays, noting Ohio’s significant taxpayer investment in infrastructure for a project that may not deliver its promised jobs.

Moreno also joined President Trump in calling for Intel CEO Lip-Bu Tan’s resignation over alleged ties to the Chinese Communist Party and the People’s Liberation Army.

Lt. Gov. Jim Tressel echoed concerns over the alleged CCP connections, but along with Gov. Mike DeWine, maintained confidence that Intel will ultimately fulfill its pledge to manufacture chips in Ohio.

Article Icon 1Ohio Unveils New Birth Certificates

Ohio debuted redesigned birth certificates last week, part of a statewide effort to modernize vital records and transition to a fully electronic system for recording births and deaths.

The new certificates feature more space for longer baby names and additional details. Visually, they have shifted from blue to predominantly red, with a raised state seal in the lower left corner.

State officials confirmed that the updated certificates remain valid for all federal and state uses, including applications for passports and REAL ID-compliant driver’s licenses. See the new design here.

Article Icon 1Red Bull Flugtag Draws 40,000

Saturday’s Red Bull Flugtag at Cincinnati’s riverfront drew over 40,000 spectators for one of two U.S. tour stops this year and the event’s first Queen City appearance since 2023.

Thirty-five teams launched human-powered aircraft from a 27-foot platform, soaring briefly before splashing into the Ohio River. Teams competed for creativity, showmanship, and distance. Celebrity judges included Cincinnati Reds legend Jose Rijo and Old Spice actor Isaiah Mustafa.

The Hillside Husslers from Wadsworth claimed first place with a 102-foot flight. Living Lands and Waters placed second, Skate Cincy finished third, and Wicket to Fly won the People’s Choice Award.
