Article Icon 1Vance Condemns Ukraine Protesters

Vice President JD Vance criticized pro-Ukraine protesters who he said followed and shouted at him while he was walking with his 3-year-old daughter near their Cincinnati home on Saturday.

Vance stopped and spoke with the protesters, hoping that engaging in “a few minutes of conversation” would lead to them “leaving my toddler alone,” he said. A video of the interaction can be watched here.

“It was a mostly respectful conversation, but if you’re chasing a 3-year-old as part of a political protest, you’re a [expletive] person,” Vance wrote in a social media post.

The incident follows a heated exchange between Vance, President Trump, and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky in the Oval Office last month.

Ohio Gov. Mike DeWine is calling on Congress to take action after unidentified drones were spotted in Ohio counties experiencing bird flu outbreaks.

DeWine said this would be a “good opportunity” for Congress to hold hearings to address security concerns about drone technology.

The drones’ origins remain unknown. According to local news reports, they don’t belong to the Ohio Department of Natural Resources, the Ohio Department of Agriculture, or the USDA.

Article Icon 1Browns Re-Sign Star Myles Garrett

The Cleveland Browns and defensive end Myles Garrett have agreed to a four-year, $160 million contract extension, making him the highest-paid non-quarterback in NFL history.

Following a 3-14 season in 2024, Garrett requested a trade from Cleveland, expressing a desire to compete for a Super Bowl.

His new deal with the Browns keeps him in Cleveland through 2030 and reportedly includes a no-trade clause.

This past season, Garrett became the first NFL player to record 14 or more sacks in four consecutive seasons. His 102.5 career sacks are the most in Cleveland Browns history.
